1 General Terms & Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the agd33 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between agd33 and the user.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any agd33 services.

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the agd33 website and all its digital services; "User" refers to a registered account holder; "we", "us", or "agd33" refers to the operator of the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use agd33 services, users must meet the following conditions:

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account on agd33. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method will be considered a violation of the rules.

At registration, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. agd33 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on agd33:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.4 Transaction Verification

agd33 may request additional documents or information to verify transactions in certain cases. This process is necessary to prevent money laundering and to ensure the security of the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on agd33 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a received bonus, you must wager only 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing the bonus winnings.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A user may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not be applicable to all games on agd33.
• agd33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, agd33 may investigate and forfeit the bonus.
• Bonuses are applicable only for genuine play — attempting to strategically avoid wagering requirements is a breach of these terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, unless agd33 declares the bet void due to a technical error. You must verify all information correctly before confirming a bet.

6.2 Determining Results

The results of all games and events are determined by agd33's system. Live casino games are operated by third-party provider software. agd33 is not directly responsible for the results of those games.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or server outage, agd33 will review the bet and make a decision. In such cases, agd33's decision is final.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on agd33:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 agd33's Rights

agd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, particularly on suspicion of a breach of these terms.

8.2 User's Rights

You may contact agd33's support team at any time to request the closure of your own account. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

8.3 Balance Management

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, agd33 is not obligated to return the balance. However, for accounts closed without fault, an effort will be made to return the valid balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

agd33 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or lack of knowledge.
• Failure of third-party services (game providers, payment gateways).
• Uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or network outages.
• Issues with the user's device, software, or internet connection.
• Suspension or restriction of services under the direction of government or legal authorities.
